  My husband and I have each gone here once. Both times we received excellent care, with a short wait compared to the competition. I would not hesitate to return to this urgent care if needed. It is a well kept secret in Rio Rancho!

  Online check in at nextcare Urgent care Rio Rancho location is a Total Scam!!!!!! My husband at 9am woke up in extreme sharp pain in his knee. It was very swollen so we went online to check in at urgent care so we didn't have to wait in the waiting room. He received a text saying the soonest available was 12:30. He wasn't seen until 2PM! Provider Lynn Devlin's care was extremely poor, very uncaring, and barely even examined my husband. When she suggested an x-ray she didn't make eye contact and pointed to the waiting room very bitchy. My husband asked her how much longer it would be and she shrugged and said that wasnt her job to know. I asked her who can I talk to about the online system and she said thats not my problem i dont know try the front desk. She was sitting at her desk not even looking at me and her tone was so rude and snide. I asked her if that's how she treats patients and she said rudely "you're not the patient". And I said yes this is my family, my husband is in pain. Then she threatened "you don't HAVE to be seen" and I said wow you're going to refuse treatment to us because we asked about the wait time and expressed dissatisfaction as to how your tone and your overall treatment was? Then I got out my camera to record her name tag and at that point she told us my husband would not be getting an x-ray and that we needed to leave. My husband is still suffering and did not even receive any prescriptions for the pain and swelling nor the x-ray. I am an educated woman and not some ghetto girl that was screaming and making a scene but I do feel like the whole online check in is a Total Scam and that this doctor should be interviewed for how poorly she treats her patients and that she refused to help a person in need. Which I'm pretty sure there's a doctor code that you can't do that. We waited over 2 hours to be kicked out and not receive any care at all. This is an occurrence that the community needs to be aware of and that doctor need a to be fired.
