- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It's great to see some positive experiences at this facility; however that is not the case for myself as personal experiences in urology and the emergency department have been poor at best. You will rarely see a physician on time. When doctors take to the community for services their very detailed when either choosing or expecting good service. However patients rarely get the return in their expectations when they visit doctors. There's growing peer reviewed evidence that suggests that medical schools have missed the mark in terms of service and understanding the value in providing a positive personal experience when dealing with patients. Most medical schools are realizing that this important component of compassion and relational service is needed, and to be frank most Drs are missing a critical concept in relational interaction between patient and physician. Why be arrogant? This type of behavior doesn't help any situation. Additionally, the management of Rust needs to be evaluated, and they need good, honest and ethical leadership; it's apparent that it's missing. Let's get back to basics, Rust medical professionals, you are being paid to be professional in all you do, every day; whether you realize it or not, you work for the communities you serve.
